Baltimore - On March 7, Emma Evelyn Werner (nee Maddox), beloved wife of the late Benjamin William Werner; devoted mother of Carol Prescott, Martha Fordyce, Kenneth Dean Allison and Nancy Dixon; loving stepmother of the late Donald H. Werner; loving sister of Walter Lee Maddox. Also survived by many loving family members.
Visitation was held on March 11 at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, where funeral services were conducted on March 12. Interment Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
