Mallamas, Mark Scott
Baltimore - On Oct. 29, Mark Scott Mallamas of Baltimore, 56, died suddenly in his home.
Born in Orlando, Fla., to the late Rudy Mallamas and the late Madge Duerr, Mark was a proud Marine and superintendent for Whiting and Turner for 11 years. He was also a member of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmans Local of Md., Va. and D.C. Chapter 1. He was a motorcycle enthusiast for most of his life, traveling across the country many times and making lasting friendships along the way. Mark was a kind and loving man, devoted to family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He was a devoted father to Deana Mallamas and her husband Mario Sarihi; beloved grandfather to Ali and Tino Sarihi; dear brother to Linda Mallamas Wells, Kim Mallamas Badinger, Karen Heathcoat, David Duerr and Tony and Vincent Mallamas. He was loved by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, at Essex American Legion Post 148, 20 S. Marlyn Ave., from 1-5 p.m.
